Summer is my favourite time of year because of all the wonderful occasions and events you get to dress up for! I love a good wedding or posh do and Amy and myself have been lucky recently in attending The Company Blog Awards and then the Henley Festival where we go to put on our best frocks :-)

It's always nice to go all out and make an effort from head to toe and Coast have the most amazing occasionwear product to ensure you do that! I couldn't resist this amazing printed midi skirt which Coast do oh so well it's perfect for events! I went for a monochrome look teaming it with a coast cami and Topshop lace jacket over my shoulders! I went for statement accesorries with a silver drop necklace, floral crown and black clutch and some killer metallic platforms from Miss Guided. This outfit is a nice change from an occasionwear dress and the great thing about midis is you can style them up for most occasions!
