Last night was my turn to experiment with the Schwarzkopf XXL Hair Dye in shade 'Raspberry Rebel' - I was super excited for a little hair makeover and knowing it only lasts 6-8 washes put me at ease for the first time using the Ultra Brights range. At university I went every colour under the sun but after letting my ombre blonde locks grow out I have been very boring with my hair and set in my brown-haired ways.
The dye was so easy to use and I was transformed within an hour! I sectioned of parts of my hair with tin foil strips and used a paintbrush to cover about 4 inches of the ends, and within half hour I had Raspberry dip-dye locks! For a brighter, more intense colour you can use the Max Blonde Lightener first and then use the Ultra Brights colour on the top. I wanted a bright yet subtle ombre effect and think it worked perfectly on my brown hair colour. I was so happy with how it turned out and I am already planning my next colour which is going to be Number 96 - Turquoise Temptation (so Kylie Jenner!) I also want to try an all over colour like Amy's purple for Christmas time, I just think it's an instant hair transformation with hardly any effort or money, especially when there on offer at Boots online at the moment, WINNER!
