Cellophane Flowers - Amy

White Denim Jacket c/o Dorothy Perkins, Topshop Floral Shirt, Zara Floral Skirt, Ray Ban Clubmasters, Vintage Scarf, Paul's Boutique Bag, Topshop Boots

Bright, bold florals are all the rage this season thanks to the likes of Henry Holland and with the dull days dragging on for what feels like forever, we thought it'd be nice to bring a little light to our lives with a fabulously, fun outfit!

I had to have this skirt the second I saw it! The folk-style florals with a retro feel are spot on for this season and is the perfect statement piece to work into my SS15 wardrobe. I've been wearing it with everything from black polo knits to oversized white tees so it works all year round, which makes me love it even more!

As the skirt is so wild, I went for a subtle floral on top for this clashing look. The white denim brings the look into that full-on summer feel but black accessories keep it slick around the edges

How are you doing your wild flowers this season? Make sure to check out Naomi's show stopper of an outfit tomorrow!!

Trend Inspo: Festival Style Guide

With festival season about to really kick start over here in the UK, we thought we would give you a little heads up on the style stakes at each of our favourite festivals! With so many on offer now, you're guranteed to find something to suit your tastes, musically and of course, fashionably.
Here's our Top Picks for Field Day, Download, Glastonbury, Reading and Bestival for Summer 2015:

FIELD DAY

East London's Indie offering has been growing from strength to strength the last few years and has certainly become a hub of Dalston's finest. With so many fresh new acts on the bill, there are some pretty good looking people at Field Day and the style is probably summed up as relaxed modern vintage. Forget your gender boundaries and go for jazzy shirts, washed out denim and the ultimate in festival comfort, the classic desert boot.

Britain's heaviest offering definitely has room for more than your favourite band tee and jeans. We love feminine edges to camo and check shirts for an awesome tom-boy vibe without forgetting the staple bomber jacket and trusty docs. Finish off with a hard-wearing Grafea backpack to get the practical/fashion balance spot on.

GLASTONBURY
ZARA Denim Dress - Unif Black Hat - ASOS Pom Pom Scarf - ASOS Tan Round Bag - ASOS Black Festival Boots - Topshop Suede Waistcoat - ASOS Round Sunglasses - Topshop Choker

Glastonury will always be the home of the boho babe and with so many quirky bits around this season, there's no excuse to go all out with the theatrics. Mix statement tunics with staple fringed waistcoats and remember that there is no such thing as too much detail!

READING AND LEEDS
Ray Ban Wayfarers - Topshop Button Through Skirt - Topshop Hat - Urban Outfitters Wax Jacket - Joules Wellies - L'Oreal Blake Lipstick - Topshop Stripe Tee

For the summer's biggest, most diverse festival, simple chic is key. Go for classics like wax jackets and breton stripes, this season's favourite button through skirt and finish off your look with red lips and stand out wellies!

BESTIVAL (SUMMER OF LOVE)

With a Summer Of Love theme this year, it's essential to go allll out with the retro vibes! Prints, flares and novelty details are all perfect for a stint on the Isle Of Wight and will probably be the most spectacular end to festival Season.

Our Dorothy Perkins Summer Story - Naomi

Photos by Meike Linthorst

We have always been huge fans of Dorothy Perkins and we recently got asked by them to take part in their Summer Story campaign! We were super excited to get stuck in with this and love the new SS15 collection.

I especially love the boho folk blouses and there maxi dresses at the moment they are perfect summer staples. For the first look I wore this amazing printed maxi with white kimono and then for the 2nd look a gorgeous cotton co-ord and printed kimono. All the pieces were so easy to style and mix and match with eachother, which is really great for easy summer wear.

What's your summer story?! Head over to Dorothy Perkins online to see the collection!

Outfit 1 - Cover Up, White Gypsy Top, Linen Shorts, Sandals c/o Dorothy Perkins

Outfit 2 - White Kimono, White Gypsy Top, White Denim Shorts, Sunglasses c/o Dorothy Perkins

With festival season fast approaching, it's time to start thinking about those all important outfits and we were asked by the lovely ladies at Dorothy Perkins to style up their festival pieces for their website! The thing I loved about the product we had to chose from, was how it would work for most festivals, home and abroad.

For both looks, I couldnt help but base my outfits around this amazing boho blouse! It fits in perfectly with that 70s trends and it just so happens to go with everything! If there is any essential/investiment piece you need this festival season, this is it. For the first look I went for light layering with an open coverup and simple shorts and for look 2 I went for a total white out with denim shorts and key kimono

Out and About - Savage Beauty

The V&A, easily our fave London museum, are very much known for putting on spectacular exhibitions, so naturally we were pretty excited when it was announced that the fashion legend that is Lee Alexander McQueen would have his work showcased. Having missed out on online tickets, we waited for the initial rush to die down (oozing with jealousy over every single bod on our IG feed who went before us!) and finally got to see the exhibition about a month ago.. and wasn't it worth the wait!

If you're the slighest bit interested in fashion, this is definitely a must see. Delving into the mind of one of the greatest creators, seeing all those show stopping pieces up close seeing the process of how one became the other - it was fantastic. The exhibition is on until 2nd August so there's still chance to catch this breath-taking collection

Cape Of Good Hope - Naomi

Beyond Retro Crochet Cape & Belt
Zara Lace Dress, ASOS Flares
c/o Dorothy Perkins Sunglasses

As we move into summer the cape still plays a big part on SS15 trends, I updated by choosing a crochet cape which is perfect for festival and summer wear to throw over pretty dresses. I also have a suede cape which is a great alternative to the winter cape and on trend with the 70s vibes.

I styled it with a lacey dress from Zara with my favourite ASOS flares for a textured bohemian look which is perfect for summer everyday and festival wear. I have also seen lot's of cape style tops on the high street which are great summer layering pieces to throw on over your shoulders.

What do you think of our capes for Spring looks?
