You're A Virgin Who Can't Drive - Amy

Primark Pleather Jacket, Vintage Check Smock Dress c/o Loving Youth, Urban Outfitters Rupert Check Scarf, Topshop Gold Buckle Belt, Black Rucksack, Topshop Avenger Boots

If there has been any style inspiration for the checked, girly trend this season it's been Cher from cult classic film, clueless. Cher's love for fashion has been catterpolted into 2013 in the form of berets, check 2 pieces and knee high socks this season

We've been planning this post a while, but nothing I seemed to have in mind seemed to work with my growing figure so I'm glad we held off until I was sent this absolute beauty of a dress from Loving Youth vintage. It is the perfect 90s check I'd been hunting for yet still modern looking and modest. Taking style inspiration straight from the film itself, I went straight for the white pointed collar underneath it.

I wanted to get the 90s grunge vibe into the outfit as I felt that worked best with how I'd usually wear the dress so went for the exaggerated shoulder leather, rupert bear scarf, little rucksack and chunky leather boots to finish off. The gold detailing on the belt and rucksack matched in with the scarf for the perfect finishing touch

One of our favourite movies Clueless has had a big influence on trends this season. You don't have to tell me twice to rock the check two piece and a classic beret. We have all seen Cher as a style inspiration ever since we were younger so naturally this look is second nature to us girls!

The crisp white shirts, the knee high socks and the sexy college girl attire that we all long for. This post has been along time coming and we can thank new  vintage label 'The Loving Youth' for these amazing check wonderfulness! I'm always looking for vintage labels that remake items in a modern way or fit yet still keep the vintage feel and these guys do just that!  I know this is going to become a staple in my wardrobe and can't wait to rock it with fishnets and boots!

For this look I went all out Cher- I did want to rock the knee high socks but as you know the weather has turned to full on winter! I teamed the two piece with a crisp white shirt underneath which I thought worked amazing for day wear and to smarten it up. I threw on my black fur stole, vintage inspired earrings and a clueless esq black beret for that ultimate Cher look. On my feet I wore a vintage boot and finished of with my trusty backpack!

Are you totally Clueless this season?

Amy's Week In Style (33 Weeks)

Cannot believe I'm moving home in a week and a half! I'm too used to having the high street in my daily life and I'm going to miss doing my window shopping every week (well, day!) but I'm so looking forward to nesting at home in the country. Whilst I'm still in London, I've been planning my yummy mummy wardrobe and here are my faves so far :)

Zara Check Coat
I thought this was the coat of my dreams.. Until toppers bought out a similar one over the weekend! Keep your eyes peeled online over the next few days, I can't get enough of this laundry check!

Kate Bosworth for Topshop Leather Shirt Dress
Kate Bosworth launched her brand new collection last Thursday and despite being a bit pricey, there is some gorgeous pieces in there! This being my favourite, we all know I love a good shirt dress (see below) and the leather gives it that extra edge

Zara Floral Slip Dress
I love all these nighty-esque dresses but feel they are a bit wrong for pregnancy! So am very much looking forward to jumping on the band wagon when I've popped the little one out! Especially with the loose fit and easy but chic outfit choice of this dress and oversized knit

Topshop Boutique Jersey Dress
Sometimes it's the simple things.. A black, thick jersey t-shirt style dress with sexy cross over detail on the back so not in your face, clinches in at the waist in the perfect place, easy to wash and easy to layer. Wonderful

Topshop Boutique Silk Shirt Dress
It's no secret that I have lived in my pink version of this since I purchased it, wearing it everywhere from fashion week to dinners out to family dos, so i can totally justify buying a second, darker version

Topshop Bunny Jumper
To celebrate wool week, topshop have done a special knit using wool from British sheep. Not only is this in aid of a wonderful cause, it's ridiculously cute.

All That Glitters - Naomi

Vintage Silver Vest, Topshop Silver Pleated Skirt, Topshop Sequin Black Cardigan, Silver Sequin Make Up Bag, Topshop Glittery Socks, Topshop Reflect Sandals

I can't believe that we are nearly In November! With the party season fast approaching and the winter weather really kicking in its time to get sparkly and start feeling festive in everyone's favourite time of year! Whether its sparkly knits or foil metallics think like a magpie and opt for sparkle and shine in different textures to create interest. Don't be scared with going OTT and experiment but most of all have fun!

I went for a metallic silver vest which is vintage with my Topshop pleated silver skirt which I have been wanting to shoot for ages! I love the way this outfit glistens yet still feels wearable being all tonal. I felt my sequin black cardigan went perfect for the weather but still added to the sparkle with its all over sequins. A simple sequin clutch and a glittery sock were just enough accessorising with an outfit that speaks for itself. I loved the glittery socks with my barely there sandal and makes them wearable for winter.

How are you planning to glisten this season?

Primark Sequin Jumper, Topshop Sequin Blouse, Primark Tube Skirt, Topshop Glitter Ankle Socks, Topshop Artist Velvet Lace Up Boot

Mid autumn - dark mornings, dark evening, glitzy wardrobe. It's always this time of year where we start to see the festive sparkle start to hit the high street and what better than a sequin or two to lighten up your life

It is however getting colder so it seemed perfect to get my glitz out in the form of knitwear and layering. This bargain jumper from primarni is the perfect autumn item without feeling too festive too early and mixing this stunning sequin collar and cuff blouse with a knit makes it feel a lot less dressy

I matched the purple skirt with the colours of sequin on the jumper, the same with the blue in the shoes but the velvet adds that extra little bit of rich texture. I finished off with some little glittery ankle socks

You Can't Ghoul Me - Naomi

c/o Miss Guided Reata Fur Jacket, Topshop Harness Body, Topshop PVC Skirt, Topshop Lace Jacket, Topshop Argo Boots, Forever 21 Sunglasses

Sometimes we don't stress enough how our style is playful, experimental and most of all we have fun with our blog posts! So when things like Halloween come round we are straight on the case to make it our own.

I believe we all own items that can get us in the seasonal spirit. Hunt out your black lace, floral crowns, fishnets, cross necklaces and chunky black boots and give your look a scary but sexy makeover!

I have been waiting weeks to wear this Miss Guided fur jacket which I absolutely fell in love with! After shooting this with Amy,a guy on the train thought it was an animal in my bag... That's one sexy animal! I wore it with my harness body from Topshop which they bring out every year and is perfect for Halloween. Teamed with my black pvc skirt makes the look on trend aswell as seasonal and don't forget your feet! Fishnets and buckle boots compliment the gothic look perfectly. I added another layer and wore my black lace jacket and threw on my studded sunglasses which are amazing and look very bat like!

How are you guys preparing for Halloween next week? We hope this post has inspired you to have a ghoul makeover!

You Can't Ghoul Me - Amy

Boohoo Sleeveless Leather Jacket, Topshop Horror Motif T Shirt, H&M Stripe Roll Neck, Primark Velvet Bodycon Skirt, Boohoo Wide Rim Hat, Ziba Necklaces c/o Mad PR, Betty Jackson Heeled Chelsea Boots c/o Designers at Debehnams

With Halloween fast approaching it seems were not the only ones who are giving our wardrobes a spooky make over as topshop have launched seasonal trend 'ghoul girl' this week. Find everything from feathered capes and bat maxi dresses to daring two pieces and lime green cat ears for your perfect fashion fright!

Sadly, I'm getting to the stage where I can fit into very little new pieces to made do with last years offering of this 'horror' tee. Taking inspiration from pugsley Addams, I layered it over my striped roll neck top from h and m and then mixed in different textures with the velvet skirt and sleeveless leather jacket

To finish, I wanted to go with tough silver jewellery to exaggerate the neck detail, shadowing head wear and a clean and simple heeled black boot :)
