Denim is everywhere at the moment and top of the style essentials for SS14. It has to be a pretty special pair of jeans for me to be converted as anyone that knows my style knows me for floaty skirts and maxi dress vibes. But I was completely head over heels for these 'Edie' jeans and they have fast become a wardrobe staple! Miss Guided has a fantastic range of denim with all fits and washes and at really good prices- they have just launched there 'Jeanology' campaign focusing on all things denim! These are honestly the best fitting jeans I have ever owned. They are super high waisted, acid wash and I love the ripped detailing. Check out the whole collection HERE

I went for a super 90s look with the jeans styling them with a cropped tee with aztec detailing, a checked blazer and these whopping amazing 90s platform sandals which totally rock! For accessories I went for a cute little tattoo necklace, some cool sunnies and my new amazing Aspiga Beach pouch bag which is all over beaded and a pouch of wonderfulness! I stuck to a monochrome and beige colour palette which I thought worked really well against the acid wash jeans and went super 90s with 2 plaits in the front of my hair and a dark lipstick.

How are you styling up your denim this season? Head over to Miss Guided's new Jeanology Collection and shop the amazing 'blue hues'!

I am very excited to bring you these photos in the most wonderful 90s inspired pieces you will ever see! I have been a big fan of Gemma Goldstones collection since laying my eyes on it last year and was super excited to shoot a lookbook for her!

The collection is bold, bright and fun and captures all the best bits about the 90s in one collection! I love to leather two pieces, fishnet and of course the mental fur! Infact I love every piece! It was so easy to style as everything goes so well together and could mix and match the pieces. I accessorised using simple headwear such as my beanie, trusty turban and bindis! My argo boots from Topshop went with the collection so well I just couldn't avoid using them with all the looks- good old Topshop!

Hope you like the lookbook and love the product just as much as me! See the link at the top of the post for where to shop the collection!

You're A Virgin Who Can't Drive - Amy

Primark Pleather Jacket, Vintage Check Smock Dress c/o Loving Youth, Urban Outfitters Rupert Check Scarf, Topshop Gold Buckle Belt, Black Rucksack, Topshop Avenger Boots

If there has been any style inspiration for the checked, girly trend this season it's been Cher from cult classic film, clueless. Cher's love for fashion has been catterpolted into 2013 in the form of berets, check 2 pieces and knee high socks this season

We've been planning this post a while, but nothing I seemed to have in mind seemed to work with my growing figure so I'm glad we held off until I was sent this absolute beauty of a dress from Loving Youth vintage. It is the perfect 90s check I'd been hunting for yet still modern looking and modest. Taking style inspiration straight from the film itself, I went straight for the white pointed collar underneath it.

I wanted to get the 90s grunge vibe into the outfit as I felt that worked best with how I'd usually wear the dress so went for the exaggerated shoulder leather, rupert bear scarf, little rucksack and chunky leather boots to finish off. The gold detailing on the belt and rucksack matched in with the scarf for the perfect finishing touch

Check Yourself - Naomi

Topshop Premium Studded Oversized Jacket, H&M Divided Sheer Black Shirt, Topshop Bralet, Primark Tartan Ruched Skirt, Topshop Studded Aggro Boots, Primark Sunglasses, Primark Black Clutch, Topshop Corset Waist Belt

As you have probably read in our recent post 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' Grunge has been a look we have welcomed back into our wardrobes with open arms! Every girl loves the excuse to be casual and look cool. I always like to make an effort and look finished off so we have shown you how to wear the more dressed up and formal version of grunge 'Clean Grunge'.

This look has been heavily featured in magazines and blogs alike in the last few weeks and is such an easy look to achieve. Think tailored or sheer shirts, leather, chunky black boots, rayban style glasses and of course the key ingredient in this look tartan! Whether it's tartan in a top, skirt, shorts, scarf, socks or a bag that on key piece will add some serious grunge to your look but mixed with premium fabrics that are sheer and leather it will look alot more grown up. These are things you will all have in your wardrobe and the best place to find tartan and cheap is of course charity shops and vintage markets for the ultimate 90's feel.

For this look I wore my new leather jacket which has become my new best friend now the weather is a bit warmer. I love the studs poking through all the way round the bottom and the boyish oversized shape- can you believe this jacket was £250 to £20 in the sale, oh the perks of working for Topshop! I wore it with an old sheer shirt with a bralet underneath and this perfect skirt borrowed of my friend Frankie who i'm sure will be rocking this now grunge is back in town! I have been big on Primark for fast fashion and accessories at the moment with the skirt, glasses and clutch all being Primark. Investing in a mix of high street like Topshop and then adding in cheaper accessories will cut the cost but still finish of the look. This look is uber clean and uber premium and perfect for the current season. Dig out your favourite tartan and oversized leather and give this look a go yourself, i'm sure you will love!
