Black Out - Amy

Black Trench Coat c/o Urban Outfitters, Motel Rocks Sun and Moon Dress, Leather Trousers c/o Pretty Little Thing, Ray Ban Sunglasses, Zara Pointed Flats

Happy Halloween! and more importantly, Happy Paydayyyy (now that really is a treat). We just could not resist the oppotunity to play dress up and were excited to do an all-black look this halloween, rather than a novelty costume. Even if, like us, you're not into the copious amounts of fake blood, you can still get into the spirit of things just using your every day wardrobe, or even just a smokey eye!

I put this outfit together using some of my most worn gifted pieces from the last couple of month's to show you how! This Motel Rocks dress has been everywhere this season and to me, it is the perfect piece for halloween. It has that perfect holiday vibe without it being unwearable for the other 364 days of the year and I love the way you can toughen up the babydoll shape with a collar and contrasting leather trousers. The longline black duster finishes off the look perfectly with yet another black texture (a necessity for all-black looks)

ASOS Lace Choker, H&M Hat
ASOS Printed Flared Trousers
c/o Indigo Cult - Kiss The Sky Black Lace Kimono

Who's excited for Halloween?! I for one have never been that into dressing up in spooky attire and with all the gory trimmings so we decided to do the 'cool' way to do Halloween which of course involves lot's of black and lace!

I opted for a a playful yet dramatic look which is my spin on Halloween, working around the amazing black cape from Pretty Little Thing, the shape was perfect for this and was a great layering piece with my new Kiss The Sky black lace maxi kimono underneath which I have worn to death since it came. I have been desperate to get my new flares in from ASOS so these worked perfectly for a bit of detail and my ASOS Lace choker gave it a cute edge! Accessorising the look with my big black hat and new clutch from my favourites Smashglam.

How cheeky does my carved pumpkin look in the corner? It was the first year I have carved a pumpkin and we were very impressed with our first efforts! How are you getting in the Halloween spirit? Happy Halloween everyone!

Monthly Must Haves (October) - Amy

Who said Navy and Black couldn't work together? This has become one of my favourite colour combinations this month - and made so easy with the re-introduction of opaque black tights. Now it's finally got a little chiller I have been mixing in faux fur with my slick uniform shades so add that extra cosy feel to my outfits - and here are my top picks!

Missguided Black and White Fur Coat
Who doesn't love a statment fur coat? It is probably the only type of item I do not own in a black and white stripe so I must have it, immediately

Topshop Navy Quilted Skirt
Topshop's skirt game is second to none this season and I am loving the ring zip, zip front 60's styles out at the moment. Having invested in the geo print and peach versions, next on my list is this navy number as the material looks amazing and a little different to norm!

Asos Leather Gloves
An absolute staple - no one wants chilly fingers!

Asos White Stripe Shirt Dress
It is no secret that I love a good shirt dress and this tailored number from the Asos White collection is currently half price!

H&M Faux Fur Tee
Jazz up your workwear with this subtle yet statement tee. I'd wear this with a little pointed collar and tailored trousers for the perfect day to night look

Topshop Cocoon Sweater
I'm always on the hunt for snuggly jumpers and this cocoon Topshop sweat comes in colours to suit everyone

Asos Faux Fur Scarf
I think I might just have a problem, only a small one though.

Public Desire Fritha Boots
It's all about the pointed toe at the moment! So what better way to wear the trend in classic winter-proof boots

Monthly Must Haves (October) - Naomi

As the weather starts to get colder (I hope) i'm all about warm and cosy and getting those AW folk style looks with lot's of layering. These are my favourite luxurious pieces that are on my wish list from October, I'm sure you guys will agree there's some great product on the high street right now!

ASOS Embroidered Dress
I saw this dress as a preview on the look.co.uk website last week and absolutely fell in love! Infact I have been checking ASOS new in twice a day in the hope for this dress of dreams!

Because statement boho jewellery isn't just for summer! Team statement necklaces with floral dresses and chunky knitwear for an autumnal look.

I have been after a faux fur leopard print coat for a while and of course H&M produced the goods with a great price! I love the longer length and think it will be great layered over knitwear with long boots and a big hat.

These cute peep toe sandals are the perfect answer for a wintry going out shoe! I usually opt for a black boot with my partywear outfits but these are a cute little update with a gorgeous colour.

H&M are so good for knitwear and this one of one of my favourites. I know its the perfect length and colour to throw on over my pretty dresses to give them a wintry overhaul.

This looks so snuggly and warm and gilet's are the perfect layering pieces to wear over knitwear and with boots. belt it round the middle to add a bit of shape too!

As you know I am totally FP obsessed! I love this fringed tote bag and think it's a really nice boho edge for winter!

Can't help but love this amazing cape from FP too! It's on my birthday list and think it's going to look amazing over any outfit!

Animal Instinct - Naomi

Zara Leopard Print Boots
H&M Conscious Collection Lace Dress
c/o Boohoo Beige Hat, c/o Sunglasses Shop Stella McCartney Sunglasses

Since buying my leopard print Zara boots a few weeks ago I have become completely obsessed! I haven't took them of and think they work with so many looks, I love mixing animal print with florals, metallics and lace for a vibrant edge. This look is all about the touches of animal pint to your outfits in the form of a clutch and boots. This is a good and cheap way to get involved with the animal print trend for AW14 and will update your everyday AW outfits.

I styled it around the leopard print and kept to a neutral colour palette wearing my TrendTwo beige coat which I absolutely love the fit and colour of, it worked really well with my beige Boohoo hat! The lace dress is from the H&M Conscious Collection and I just absolutely adore it, I thought it added a soft edge against the leopard print. Of course my Sunglasses Shop favourite sunnies gave the look that chic edge!

Big love to my flat mate Kourtney who stepped up to the photographer game this weekend!
How are you guys unleashing your wild side this season?

Animal Instinct - Amy

Missguided Sleeveless Trench Coat (similar), Topshop Sheer Dress (Worn As Top), H&M Roll Neck, Topshop Leopard Mini Skirt, Ray Ban Clubmasters, Primark Bag, Clarks Boots

Leopard print is always an autumnal fave but why fix what aint broke! This fur pelmet skirt from Topshop has certainly been a huge hit this year what with Miss Delevigne fronting the campaign and Miss Chung wearing it on the Unique Frow in September but it just such a timeless and easy to wear piece it's no wonder it's constantly a sell out.

I decided to let the skirt do the talking in this outfit to paired it with a more subtle animal print/sheer dress from contrasting textures and then finished off with black everything else for simplicity - I don't seem to be able to put an outfit together without a roll neck tee at the moment! A sign that Autumn is truly here,

Scream If You Wanna Go Faster - Naomi

Outfit: Beyond Retro

Motorcross has been kicking around as a hot trend for AW14 and we couldn't wait to put our spin on it! Away from my usual bohemian style I opted for tough leather pieces with a pop of red. Of course for this trend my first stop was Beyond Retro for key and unique pieces to nail the motorcross look.

Start with the amazing 'Stop' jacket which is so perfect for the trend and so unique! I thought it looked great with a bright red roll neck underneath and a long length leather skirt with cool front detailing. Finishing of the look with a cute white clutch and tough heeled buckle boots from Pretty Little Thing which I am in love with!

Whether it's a bomber or leather jacket team it with denim and sportswear and give your wardrobe a 'motorcross' overhaul this AW!

Scream If You Wanna Go Faster - Amy

Striped Biker Jacket c/o Pretty Little Thing, Topshop Acid Wash Grey Sweatshirt, Topshop White Roll Neck, Topshop Geo Zip Front Skirt, Ray Ban Wayfarer, Topshop Amelie Boots

There is nothing like a really good biker jacket, especially this season as one of the hottest trends around this Autumn is 'Motocross' with a sportswear meets punk kinda vibe. Patchwork denim, custom patches and heavy boots all add to this street style look but the real statements are coming from the jackets. Whether it's a bomber or a leather, your outwear is key for this look.

This update on the staple leather jacket is from Pretty Little Thing and comes in this colourway, and in reverse. The stripe detail is what really gives this look it's sporty androgynous edge but the collarless design gives it that perfect amount of femininity. Not being content with one trend, I wanted to mash in my current love for all the moden 60's pieces around at the moment so chose to wear the jacket with a roll neck and geo print skirt but threw a sweat on as well to continue to sporty feel.

I fnished off the look with some studded and heeled boots to give that 'grown up' touch to what can be quite a young looking trend. Monochrome takes on this trend also help with this! but a big pop of colur can make the outfit a bit more fun :)
