If like me at the moment you are stuck in the weird transitional period and don't know what to wear this post it for you! Jumpsuits are the perfect answer for this warmer spring weather that fluctuates day by day! At the moment I wake up and its grey then the afternoons are glorious sunshine! It's got me and my wardrobe in a style- tizzy so opting for a jump-suit will ensure you are both ready for the sun but yet warm for the rain and colder spring days.

Remember you can layer them up with tops over and under them, throw on a kimono or layering piece and still look wonderful! It's all about tactical layers at the moment that you can easily take on or off according to mother nature!

Obviously working for Beyond Retro I spot some wonderful gems before everyone else and this was one of my best finds so far (I say that every time!) This gorgeous burberry-esq jumpsuit has amazing detail, pattern and colour and really is a rare find! The print almost reminds me of last years D&G collection with the solider prints. I love the cut and tassel belt and think it's a really great vintage find! It was a warm afternoon when shooting this so went without a jacket but styled up with my trusty black cut out boots which are perfect transitional boots and my black fedora. The bag which is absolutely stunning and the sunnies are both from La Moda! I know they are both going to be my wardrobe staples this summer especially around festival season!

How are you adapting your style to the transitional weather at the moment?

It’s that funny time of year where we need a light spring cover up for the fluctuating weather. Miss Guided have a fab range of spring light jackets which are perfect for when you need that extra layer to throw over your perfect spring ensembles. Check them out HERE!

Monochrome outfits always look perfect with a statement spring jacket and I went with a sport luxe look with the amazing palm print skirt. I love the organza cropped shirt which I think looked great with my Triangl Bikini underneath for a pop or neon and interest. This shirt has fast become a staple in my wardrobe for day and night. The shoes were a great monochrome addition with the plastic strapping and accessorised with my round sunnies and black clutch bag. The jacket is my perfect spring cover up, its beige trench style makes it easy to throw on over any outfit and look city chic! I loved it with this sports luxe feel outfit, I thought it looked premium yet cool.

Whats your perfect spring cover up?

Summer time is a great excuse to dig all those brighter colours out of your wardrobe but sometimes, the freshest summer outfits come from a clean, monochrome look. Whatever the weather, you can't go wrong with a bit of white and black.

I have kept this outfit really slick and simple by using this colour block dress as my main piece. No pattern, no texture just a sophiscated neckline and mid line in the dress in a flattering place. The key to updating those transitional monochrome pieces is by using true summer product for the rest of the outfit. I have gone for a statement pastel coat - pastels being the easiest way to give off a spring vibe and finished off with these Asos pool slides which I cannot stop wearing!

It's that time of year again where we are all starting to get ready for holidays! The best part about holiday is wearing floaty summery gorgeous clothes and getting dressed up! It's all in the accessories for me and means I can sport a floral headband, sunnies and be draped in jewellery 24/7 and look totally right!

I am always in search of amazing cover ups and poolside comfy attire and when I came across Beach cafe I was totally won over! They have AMAZING kaftans, cover ups and swimwear and I styled up in the first outfit the amazing white embroidered kaftan and the 2nd the sun chaser crochet pants which were so unbelievably comfy and looked great! What you want on holiday is light and easy items to throw on but still look amazing and Beach Cafe have an amazing selection of items like this!
Although I love both of the pieces so much I would wear them for festivals and lounging around in the summer!

I have seen so many wonderful cover ups and swimwear about at the moment I thought I would compile my favourite for you all....

This is perfect for any type of holiday! Love the bright clash of prints and would look great worn with shorts in Ibiza!

This is a perfect kimono to throw on over your swimwear and with shorts. I love the bright colour and the gorgeous embroidery detail.

This is stunning! Love the print and bright colour perfect for making a scene and super flattering with the high waisted bottoms!

I love the colours in this headband its bright and fun and perfect for lazy summer afternoons and to brighten up poolside outfits!

This is the perfect little holiday bag to carry around you essentials and money!  love the gorgeous pattern, detailing and colour. Be sure to check out Aspiga they have wonderful bags and shoes!

Head to Beach Cafe for an amazing collection of comfy but cool trousers and kaftans that are perfect for any summer activities!

Don't forget to accessorise with gorgeous ethnic inspired jewellery! I love all these stacked bracelets from Beach Cafe the perfect things to finish of holiday attire!

With sandals you want comfort, practicality but also to look wonderful! I love having a little heel as it gives you that lift you want in a bikini rather than walking flat and heavy footed. These are gorgeous and love the floral print which you can mix and match patterns with!

Hope you all found this inspirational for holiday planning and you are going to some exotic places to wear these wonderful items!

Fashion Revolution Day

Today is Fashion Revolution Day and we are proudly wearing our outfits inside-out to raise awareness for such a good cause. The aim is to get people really thinking about who makes their clothes after a clothing factory in Bangladesh collapsed on this day last year, killing over 1000 women.

Summer Essentials - Amy

Zara T-Shirt Dress, H&M Sunglasses, Freedom at Topshop Eagle Necklace, Topshop Backpack, Asos Pool Sliders

Of course my key Summer Essential is a T-Shirt dress! This total beaut from Zara was only £19.99 and is the perfect way to nail the tropics trend without it being too OTT. Chuck it over a swimsuit on the beach or wear with mid heels and a clutch to a bbq, this is all your summer needs in one perfect package.

I'm really feeling monochrome swimwear this summer, especially whilst I shed the remaining baby weight. It looks much classier than brights, regardless of shape. Watch out for our Triangl Swimwear review that's coming soon and Beach Cafe is most certainly my first point of call for everything holiday related this summer.

I seem to have gone shoe crazy the last few weeks and it's pretty safe to say the best dressed award this SS14 goes to my tootsies. Despite going for trend led pieces, I've also gone for comfort and compiled a quick run down of the footwear I just cannot stop wearing (sorry, no cleated sole platforms in here)

Slip Ons
Ironically, this is a major throwback for me as I was one of those unfortunate teenagers that lived in my checked Vans slip ons. Now back and far more fashionable, I've fallen in love (again) with the easiest shoe to wear and have added quite a few pairs to my wardrobe - my favourites being these leopard pair from Daniel Footwear which really proves quality is worth the extra pennies.

Demi Heels
The heeled sandal just got so much more accessible. I'd have worn these all last summer too if I thought I could cope in a heel so the shorter, chunkier heels have made my dreams come true. Wear with and without a sock for a cute, girly summer vibe. Find your perfect style in barely there, cut out boot, mule or jelly form.

Slides
What better than a 'grab and go' attitude and still look awesome? Whether they're pool slides or Birkenstock dupes, be sure to find your perfect pair of 'ugly' shoes this summer as I can gurantee they'll barely leave your feet.

I can talk clothes for hours but when it comes to beauty bits and bops, I get a little bit lost. I am most definitely a creature of habit and it takes a while for me to branch out and try anything new. This will be why my perfume collection consists of Daisy, Daisy Eau So Fresh and now Daisy Eau So Fresh Sunshine edition. The newest Daisy family member literally smells of summer and I cant help but love it as much as the original.

I suffer from quite oily skin and this incredible toner water has balanced out my face. Believe the hype!

The wonderful people at Look magazine sent me some samples of the new Frizz Ease range and although I didn't get on with the shampoo and conditioner, I don't know how I lived without this semi-permanent styling spray. I use it just before blow drying my hair and it eliminates all those annoying fly aways without being heavy on your hair. Perfect control for those drying summer days

I say I'm a creature of habit but one thing I cannot settle on is a moisturiser so I jumped at the chance to try this Origins number. The smell is incredible and it doesn't leave my face feeling too oily like a lot of others and with its energising properties my face looks and feels so much better.

I love a bright lip but this summer I have been experimenting with more neutral shades and have found a happy medium between pop and pale with this Revlon lipstick.
