Seeing Red - Naomi

With the weather a bit up and down at the moment we have been thinking about transitional dressing. I picked up this amazing poncho from Beyond Retro recently and have been itching for a cool summer day to throw it on, it was a god send at Secret Garden Party festival last week!

I love the vivid re colour with the blue in it and thought it worked great over my Motel Rocks blue floral dress with the bell sleeves poking out of the arms. I accessorised with new favourite sunnies which I picked up at SGP Festival last week, black boots and my favourite black hat for a transitional look to take you into autumn.

It looks like red is here to stay for a while, how are you injecting it into your wardrobe?

Chess - Naomi

With all the talk of 70s at the moment we thought we would take a moment to appreciate 60s and style up our new favourite checked dresses. I found this checked swing dress in Beyond Retro Brick Lane a few weeks ago and just had to have it! The short length and swing shape is so perfect and it was so easy to style with a roll neck and monochrome blazer.

The first time in the year I have braved a bare leg but with a black boot and sunnies making this look perfect for the pub or dinner. It's that funny in between seasons at the moment where it's like what the hell do I wear, so clever layering using roll necks and light jackets will make sure were sorted until summer!

Hit The Spot - Naomi

I love colour and as soon as it get's to Spring it's an excuse to bring out those bright prints and have fun again with your dressing after moody winter! I don't usually buy into the whole 80s look but have seen graphic prints everywhere for SS15, so here's my take on it!

I went for a bright fun 80s spotty blouse from Beyond Retro which I absolutely LOVE the colours in it, it's so fun and playful! I teamed it with my new pleated skirt from Very, which is my favourite colour ever and I love the metallic sheen it has to it. I wanted to make this look quite smart/ going out for dinner esq so teamed the look with my pointy heels and my yellow clutch to bring all the colours together. The leather jacket over my shoulders toughened the look up a bit to make it more wearable.

Why don't you get dotty in spots this Spring and have some fun!

Our third and final day on the Somerset House cobbles was definitely our busiest! Naomi was infront of the camera with Yahoo!'s Girls On The Ground team whilst Amy nipped off around London catching other presentations.

The second we saw these amazing Topshop fedoras, we knew they needed to be the base of one of our outfits. You know we love a good bit of headwear and the same but different aspect to these babies sums up our coordination. It also gave us lots of freedom as to what to wear with them! We naturally went for a retro feel with a warm autmnal colour palettes.

Which of our LFW looks was your favourite? We hope you all loved them as much as we loved wearing them - Here's to another season!

Who can believe it's that time of year again? It doesn't seem a second since September but London Fashion Week AW15 is here! After the roaring success of last year's colour balancing combo's, we decided to go for themed days for our outfits this time round and kicked off the weekend on Friday with 70's suits. Amy went for a simple burgundy suit and roll neck with Zara scarf to bring in the print whilst Naomi rocked the most amazing statement Zara skirt suit topped off with a vintage suede cape.

70's suede proved a hugeee trend for the upcoming season, as you can see from the amazing group pictures (ultimate girl power). We loved hanging out with these amazing ladies before seeing J JS Lee, Bora Aksu, Felder Felder, Fyodor Golan, Paul Costello and Jean Paul Braganza. Check back later this week for our full show round up :)
