The best thing about Halloween? Is that it's nearly Bonfire night! One of my favourite childhood memories is going to our local fireworks display to stand next to the huge fire with tube lights and sparklers before coming up for hot chocolate and I love it just as much now. By November nights, the temperature has really dropped so it's even more important to go out feeling cosy, and that means TSOP's favourite thing - layering.
When I think cosy dressing, the first things that spring to mind are roll necks and checked shirts. This Levi's and Toppers combo is so slouchy and casual, it is perfect for a night out(side) but I have belted it in to keep waistline with the boyfriend-ish shirt. Inspired by the bonfire itself, I layered up with a camel coat and my favourite blanket scarf and then added a pop of orange on my lips too. The other ultimate texture in cosy dressing is, of course, fur! So I decided to complete the look with my orange fur clutch.
How are you celebrating Bonfire Night? Whatever you're doing, I hope your night sparkles :)
