We were asked by Rhian & the lovely people at New Look to head into store and pick ourselves some festival outfits last month! The New Look girls are of to Benicassim which we are very jealous of so we thought we would base our looks around the festival and what we would wear (one year we will make it there)!
I obviously found it the easiest job ever picking a festival outfit and jumped straight for this incredible beaded kimono which is just stunning, I love the colour and all over beading! There perfect layering pieces for festivals and to throw on at night. My most favourite piece is the statement ethnic midi which I have worn to death since this post, it's so easy to throw on and I just love the print and little beaded features :-) I teamed it with a little cream top with amazing crochet detailing, I love the mix of textures and prints in this outfit and how all the colours work so nicely together.
Shoe- wise I thought a nice block heel sandal if your doing it the glamorous way obviously, no wellies needed here! I love these little tan numbers who are perfect for summer days and still look bang on trend with the must have 'block heel' I'm mad on accessories so chose this statement necklace I thought the bright blue was really nice with the outfit. I teamed the look with a little embellished festival bag and my big burgundy floppy hat, oh and Amy's fab sunnies!
I love how this look is quite tonal yet focusing on all the prints and detail going on keeping it still quite simple. I have actually worn this exact outfit loads which makes me think it's a winner :-)
All the links for the product are at the top of this post, hope you are all having a great summer and have some wicked festivals lined up!
Big thanks to Rhian & the lovely people at New Look for asking us to do this post :)
