Dark Side Of The Moon - Naomi

c/o Boohoo, H&M Sunnies, Zara Lace Dress, Nasty Gal Bralet, Topshop Floral Trouser, Boohoo Clutch Bag, Topshop Aggro Boots

This new floral print by Topshop is definitely a head turner and perfect for AW. The dark florals with the bright chatreuse colour is perfect for the dark gothic and craft trends which have hit the high streets in preparation for the colder months.

I wore a lace dress over it, which yes I have used before but I absolutely LOVE the detail and think it looks great over the trouser with the floral print showing through. I wore a cut out bralet over the lace dress to make the look feel sexy and dark. My new boots are perfect for a gothic look and finished it off with a big floppy hat from Boohoo.

I also plan on wearing these trousers with a premium look; tailored shirt and blazer which would be a great look for London Fashion Week. Check out Amy's post as she is wearing the matching dress!

Close to Mee - Amy

Primark Pu Biker, China Print Playsuit c/o MeeMee, Topshop Lace Body Suit, Topshop Avenger Boots

I have been lusting after something china print since last summer and have never found the perfect item so imagine my luck when I spotted this gorgeous playsuit on MeeMee.Com! Not only is it a playsuit (always a preference over a dress for me), it is buttoned and collared, and sporting one of this season's biggest trends - the cut out. Pretty much perfect for me.

Where someone people will see cut-outs as an excuse to get a moderate bit of flesh out, I just see it as the perfect oppotunity to layer up. This gorgeous lace body is an oldie from Topshop but has never been discarded to the back of the wardrobe and seemed like the perfect match for this cut out playsuit. The nude colour keeps it subtle but the delicate lace compliments the china print for a perfect girly outfit.

Bat For Lashes - Amy

Dress c/o Lashes Of London, Topshop Check Skirt, Naomi's Sunglasses, Primark Clutch Bag, Topshop Aubrey Boots, Rokit Vintage Denim Jacket

After the Nicole Levy Press Day we attended a couple of weeks ago, I have become nothing short of obsessed with Lashes of London. It's rare that I find a brand that really ties in with my own personal style but as soon as I saw cut out bleach denim dungarees and unicorns on one rail, I was completely hooked.

This dress is definitely one of their more understated pieces (though not losing brand identity with the incredible heart clasp cut out) which in turn makes it so easy to play with. I have a habit of turning going-outy bodycon into my daywear (and wearing old tees and denim shorts at night time, oops!) and this was easily achieved with just throwing a trusty check shirt over the dress. For a smarter look, I have worn the same check shirt underneath the dress so you just get the collar and the check detail through the amazing cut out.

I have of course really stuck to myself in this outfit with the denim jacket and heeled boot but I'd pretty much wear this with anything from a blazer to Vans making it probably the most versatile LBD I have ever owned without being too basic to start with.

Watch this space for Lashes collab with Topshop coming to the Oxford Street Flagship soon - and when I say watch this space, literally this one as after being so happy with this dress, I will probably own half of it
