Stripes are something to be worn all year round and come rain or shine and are a wardrobe staple in every girls wardrobe! While i'm usually more of a floral and 70s print kind of girl I love a sporty stripy look just as much as the next girl. I have wanted to style this amazing maxi up from prettylittlething.com for a while now and thought this was the perfect way. the maxi has an amazing cut out back, slits down the side and really cool graphic print all over it. I love that it can be worn dressed up, for a festival or in a sporty look like here. I thought the striped top work well over it for a casual edge teamed with the amazing Michelle Keegan for Lipsy biker jacket which has become a wardrobe staple of mine! The cut and style of it is perfect for a light summer jacket for cool evenings etc!

I LOVE these white MG sandals they looks great with this outfit and they are super comfy and practical for day to day wear. I accessorised with a couple of statement silver necklace, a black clutch and hat and white round sunnies from trusty Primark to match my shoes. This is a perfect look for a day out shopping or at work, a mix between casual and dressy and being practical with layers as you never know what your getting with british summer, although I do hope this sun is here to stay :-)

How are you earning your stripes this season?

Another day, another stripe tee - but this one isn't like any of the other 10 million (not even exaggerating) that I have in my wardrobe as I have finally found one that is pleather! This crop is spot on when it comes to smart/casj as the structed shape and leather like fabric gives a luxe update to the wardrobe staple. It also happens to go with absolutely everything and gives a bold and mordern cut statement to every other piece I pair it with.

For this outfit, I went for a mixture of monochrome prints, who could say no to £8 culottes? and went for all black extras but just had to finish the look off with this amazing rainbow clutch! The black and white was the exact base I needed to give this amazing bag the attention it deserved but the chevron stripes fit in with the rest of the outfit perfectly.

Embroidered Denim Jacket c/o Missguided, Shirt Dress c/o Missguided, Sunglasses c/o Missguided, Chain Necklace c/o Missguided, Bag c/o Missguided, Snake Print Boots c/o Missguided

Missguided have hit the nail on the head with just about every trend this summer so it's no surprise that their festival shop offers everything needed for every taste and, more importantly, every festival. I first laid eyes on this incredible denim jacket at the Missguided Fest at the Company Style Blogger Awards and knew I had to have it! It's such a casual yet statement piece and I have always vowed denim jackets are everyone's festival must have as they are so hard-wearing - what's not to love?

I could imagine wearing this outfit to more of a 'day' festival rather than a weekend of camping and as the jacket sets off quite an East London vibe it'd be perfect for all you lucky buggers going to Lovebox next weekend! Shirt dresses are a staple for me in every situation and this monochrome one is so comfy and flows beautifully

I went all out with the pattern clash by adding in snakeskin accessories for this look, if you can't go print crazy at festivals when can you? but the monochrome aspect means it's not too much for those of you who aren't brave enough to pull off Naomi's exciting ensembles and it really let's the jacket take the well deserved headline slot.

We were asked by the wonderful Miss Guided ladies to do a festival post, of course it was a big fat yes!!
Festival outfits and fashion can range so vast that we just can never do enough festival posts throughout the season!

Whether like Amy you like the festival chic look or like me you go full on boho there is something for everyone with Miss Guided's festival collection which you can shop HERE! I don't know where my love for colour started as at university in the first 2 years I used to only wear black and dark colours- talk about one extreme to the other! But I now stand by my rules that life is to short to blend in and especially at festivals!!

I was thinking of hot festivals for this outfit so Benicassim or Coachella vibes! The rainbow playsuit is super cute and perfect for festivals or Ibiza holidays alike and has a gorgeous cut out back. I also fell head over heels for this maxi tropical green kimono it's absolutely killer and love the way if wafts when I walk! I kept the accessories very pastel and light with the pink MG sunnies to match my pink in my feather headband. The shoes are just do DIE FOR thanks to Bank fashion for these beauties!

Hopefully I will get to rock this outfit to a festival this summer, what festivals are you guys hitting?
