Lovebox - Amy

Embroidered Denim Jacket c/o Missguided, Shirt Dress c/o Missguided, Sunglasses c/o Missguided, Chain Necklace c/o Missguided, Bag c/o Missguided, Snake Print Boots c/o Missguided

Missguided have hit the nail on the head with just about every trend this summer so it's no surprise that their festival shop offers everything needed for every taste and, more importantly, every festival. I first laid eyes on this incredible denim jacket at the Missguided Fest at the Company Style Blogger Awards and knew I had to have it! It's such a casual yet statement piece and I have always vowed denim jackets are everyone's festival must have as they are so hard-wearing - what's not to love?

I could imagine wearing this outfit to more of a 'day' festival rather than a weekend of camping and as the jacket sets off quite an East London vibe it'd be perfect for all you lucky buggers going to Lovebox next weekend! Shirt dresses are a staple for me in every situation and this monochrome one is so comfy and flows beautifully

I went all out with the pattern clash by adding in snakeskin accessories for this look, if you can't go print crazy at festivals when can you? but the monochrome aspect means it's not too much for those of you who aren't brave enough to pull off Naomi's exciting ensembles and it really let's the jacket take the well deserved headline slot.

Here at TSOP, we are lucky enough to have worked, and continually work, with some incredible companies but we cannot be more excited to share these posts with you featuring our biggest collaborations yet with 2 of our favourite brands, Urban Outfitters and Office Shoes. As huge lovers of 'festival style' it made complete and utter sense to bring you some festival inspiration from these 'go-to' brands who can literally offer you everything you need for whichever festival you'll be attending this year!

My festival must have this season is a light weight trench/duster coat. I swear it has rained at every festival I have ever been to so outwear is always the first thing on my list and this style offers rain coverage without being too heavy to carry around the rest of the time, and happens to look incredible. The best thing is I know this khaki number is going to carry me through my muddy weekends and beyond, prepare to see this in a lot of posts over the transitional period! For now though, I of course went for a floral and tile print shift dress but layered it with a lace crop - this added texture and interest as well as being weather appropriate for all scenarios. The darker colours make mud look slightly less obvious (who am I kidding) and is a subtle nod towards the grungier festival styles.

Becoming a mama has made me slightly more sensible than I previously was and I even managed to think practically when it came to accessorizing! but planning sensibly doesn't have to come at a detriment to your style. My best friend, the fedora, is definitely another staple festival piece for me as is a bag big enough to fit in all those essentials! Most importantly, festivals cause indescribable pain to my tootsies so it's important to think carefully when it comes to shoes. These sturdy, hard-wearing, real leather boots are spot on for comfort, have no faffy laces and look a lot better than wellies.

Whilst Naomi is having the time of her life at Glastonbury (definitely not jealous..) I have been dressing the part anyway and getting myself excited for the rest of the summer! and now you guys can follow our adventures on instagram using  #TSOPxFESTIVALS for live updates and outfit inspiration :) woo!

I could not be more excited than right now writing this post! We are so happy and over the moon to be working with Urban Outfitters & Office Shoes to bring you this amazing festival post which I hope you will find inspirational! We are well and truly in the midst of festival season with Glastonbury kicking of this week (ahhh I'm so excited!) The high street is full of amazing festival pieces at the moment and Urban Outfitters is always my first point of call when festival shopping.

I have been after a sheer detailed skirt like this amazing Pins & Needles one for a long time and I think this one has nailed it, I love the detailing and I wore an embellished pair or shorts underneath so you could see the little detail shining through.. The crop top is just the most perfect festival piece ever and it also looks really cute over little festival dresses! I love all the colours and texture of it and it looks great layered up with loads of ethnic necklaces for the boho vibes!

As you all know by now a kimono is my best friend and I couldn't resist styling this look than with this sheer printed beauty in this gorgeous bright blue! It's perfect and light for summer and looks great teamed over festival attire like this look. I went for full on statement jewels in silver with this incredible necklace from Urban! I also layered it up with a few fatima hand necklaces which matches my super cute Urban bracelet! I'm also very glad to have a new black hat for Glasto which is a great shape and has a cute leather band round it, good old Urban Outfitters!

I am usually a black boots kind of girl but wanted a change for festival season, and then these bad boy suede numbers came along from Office Shoes! Tan always looks nice for festivals and very bohemian and I thought they worked perfect with this look. They are super comfy, great quality and have really cute fringing on them! They are going to be a godsend at Glastonbury this week! I matched the tan to my bag which is a cute little rucksack from Boohoo.

Both myself and Amy are really proud and happy with this post so we really hope you enjoyed it, big thanks to Kerry at Urban Outfitters and the guys at Office Shoes for the amazing collaboration :-) For all outfit links please see the top of this post :-)

Parklife - Naomi

Beyond Retro Embellished Jacket

Festival season is kicking of properly this weekend starting with Parklife and the countdown is on for me to go to Glastonbury! woop! Folk had played a massive influence on this years festival styling and dressing and I have definitely adapted some folky twists to my festival ensembles!

Go for rich colour, pattern and embellishments and remember all the little details and accessories! This look is busy and more of a dressed up version of the festival trend but I really wanted to show of this amazing vintage embellished jacket which I found on the Beyond Retro… I think it will be a perfect piece for Glastonbury! Even just worn with some denim shorts and a little crop top. Statement jackets and kimonos are perfect for festival layering pieces.

I styled it up with my Boohoo maxi dress underneath and I thought the colours went together perfectly! Accessorising the look with a floppy hat and new clutch bag from Smashglam which is amazing! I love the cut out gold detailing and boxy shape and know it will be perfect for summer evenings!

Are you of to any festivals this season? How are you adapting the folk trend into your festival ensembles?
