Happy fireworks day everyone! I haven't been able to go to see any fireworks since moving to London as I was always on nightshift, but this year I am over the moon to be going to see them and can't wait to get all wrapped up!

The weather has dropped considerably the last few days and with an apparent 'arctic winter' ahead it's time to get clever with your layers and become a layering pro! Knitwear over dresses, fur stoles and blanket capes over EVERYRHING and mounds of scarves and hats will keep you warm and looking great!

For this look I went for rich autumnal colours styling up my favourite Topshop dress. I layered my cropped  Miss Guided roll neck over it with my Primark floral scarf belted at the waist. My yellow coat worn as a cape gave it a pop of colour bringing it together with my new favourite fur stole from Topshop with a cute little buckle! My black hat and buckle boots finished the look of a alongside my cut out clutch from boohoo!

What's your key layering piece for keeping warm? Enjoy the fireworks everyone!

Summer Blossom - Naomi

Topshop floral dress, H&M sleeveless shirt, Zara Necklace, Vintage Belt, Boohoo Clutch, Vintage Sunnies, Topshop Sandals

Big florals are making a come back for A/W in rich autumnal colours and oversized prints! You don't have to tell us twice to sport big and clashing florals so we decided to try it out but in a summery spin on it!

For this look I wore my Topshop floral dress which I love the shape of! It's so summery and flattering and I always feel super girly in it which I love for summer! I wore a sleeveless shirt underneath to smarten it up and put a different spin on the dress for a sophisticated summery look. I wore my favourite zara necklace which picked out the colours in the dress and a skinny vintage belt.

A simple look but I felt summery and confident in the outfit. I can't wait for A/W where I can full on clashing florals and all the rich colours and layers. How bad is that, I'm longing for winter so I can start layering! After all winter is so more chic!
