If you caught up on Amy’s post last night you will know we were luckily asked to take a trip to McArthurGlen Swindon Outlet a few weekends ago, I have never been to Swindon before and it was in the middle of myself and Amy so thought it would be the perfect outlet to check out! My usual outlet shopping is Bicester Village which I always found great pieces at so I was really excited to check out Mcarthur Glen and all the exciting shops!

Our first stop was of course Starbucks as we are totally obsessed with PSL’s - who isn’t? After a quick caffeine fix we were ready to shop, we planned out a route over coffee which of course top of our list for denim was the ‘Levis’ store. I was lucky and found both my denim pieces straight away! I went for an amazing shearling Levis denim jacket and a denim shirt dress also from Levis! I hardly wear jeans so these were the perfect alternative for me and I knew I could get some amazing pieces to team with them!

We then headed to French Connection where I couldn’t resist this amazing boucle jacket with fur trim, which I have worn to death since! I thought it would look great with the shirt dress and yellow roll neck underneath for a 60s twist- which worked perfectly! Then headed to Hobbs where I walked past the window and saw the most incredible floral shirt dress which I just had to have! The Levis shearling denim jacket worked perfectly over this for a smart, casual look playing on my bohemian style. I mixed my leopard print boots with the look for a bit of clash!

I wanted to be really experimental with my looks and make them me, so don’t be scared to team your denim pieces with prints and pretty pieces! For my last double denim look I threw my blanket scarf over my shoulders for a bit of interest and my over the knee boots from Next with tan bag gave it a bit of colour and detail.

Which of my 3 looks is your favourite? Have you been to a McArthurGlen outlet before? Check out their Denim - The New Icons campaign here to get a little more info and don't forget to show us your own Denim Diary using the hashtag #DenimTheIcons
