As you all know, we were super excited for last night and it definitely lived up to our expectations! The Company and Missguided ladies really pulled it out the bag this year hosting the Missguided Fest at The Oval Space in Hackney on quite frankly the most beautiful british summer evening. We were greeted with BBQ food and ice-cream and Company's incredibly, beautifully gorgeous street style photographer Holly McGlynn. It was so lovely to catch up with lots of lovely bloggers and meet so many new ones too!

We still can't quite believe we got the Highly Commended prize in our catergory! and want to say a huge congrats to Shope and Shore over at London's Closet for a well deserved win! Just being there was an honour in itself and the love and support we are continually shown from fellow bloggers, companies and you, our readers, is what makes this all so worth while. We love you all to bits and are completely over the moon with all the success you've helped us have in the last year :)

I am so happy to be writing this post right now and sharing these photos with you all. Amy and myself started TSOP last year as a way to document our outfits and because we worked so amazing together. I never thought that a year on we would of achieved what we have achieved, both through the blog and in our personal lives we have made such big changes in the last year which we are both hugely proud of. 

We have been lucky enough to work with amazing companies and met incredible people along the way and I hope in another years time I will be saying the same thing. Alot of hard work has gone into the last year but every step and every post is done because we truly love it, we have huge passion for style and what we wear and still find it overwhelming that anyone reads our blog! So THANK YOU!

It's our birthday so of course we had to do it in style! We recently were contacted by amazing company Alice + Olivia and were super excited to work with them. We both went for floral ensembles  and I chose the most stunning floral maxi dress with plunge front and cut out back. Honestly I felt like a princess in this and know I am going to wear it all the time to garden parties this summer! Amy and myself decided to style them up with stripes, I love mixing stripes and florals and think it adds an edge to them. I went for a simple look accessorising with black fedora and clutch bag- I wanted the dress to do the talking! I love the way is moves and swished around when I walked and the fabric and print is literally divine! A perfect outfit for our birthday and I hope you all love the dresses as much as we do! Happy Birthday Two Shoes, One Pair! I am so happy/proud/excited to be posting this as never in a billion years did I think this was going to become what it has and I couldn't be more grateful to everyone who has made this possible - from our wonderful followers, to the incredible company's we've been lucky enough to work with and most importantly to my other shoe, Naomi :)

Now, birthdays are a reason to celebrate and what better way than out in the sunshine(!) in a beautiful dress? When the gorgeous people at Alice and Olivia got in touch with us we knew instantly that this was our 1 year treat and these dresses were party perfect. This is the best summer dress I have ever, ever owned - the fabric, print and shape are all stunning. The slip style offers so much versatility I know I'm going to be wearing this dress all summer and I cannot wait to do so!

For a more casual Spring time look I wore this with a brettan striped tee underneath to pull out the red from the floral print on the dress, a statement floral necklace and sleeker boots than I would usually wear! Not forgetting my trusty fedora :)
