Boohoo Christmas Collection

So yesterday I went to check out Boohoo.com Christmas collection at their press office on Carnaby St! When you think of Christmas you think of sparkle, sequins and rich fabrics and colours... I was not disappointed! An array of sequins and wonderfulness and a sweet shop was waiting for me and it made  lust for the party season and winter clothes!

My favourite peices were the black and white sequin crop top and maxi skirt which has a stunning print to it and would look amazing with a massive fur over it! The sequin long sleeved, low front dress which I have a very similar one in black. The style is stunning and the sequin design almost reminded me of Balmain from afar. Basically I loved everything covered in sequins as I also loved the silver high neck long sleeved top which will again look amazing with fur and some killer heels!

The accessories were to die for and looked so premium and expensive! The necklaces were big and jeweled and reminded me of Zara but of course half the price! The little box clutches and transparent hard clutches were super cute and a perfect accesssory for the Christmas season!

If you are looking for that special outfit for an occasion of event next season be sure to check out their Christmas collection and out sparkle all of your friends!

After viewing the collection I got street style shot 3 times on Carnaby St and met some amazing people! Although I think I look like a massive goth, the outfit went down amazing so I will talk through what I wore.....

Boohoo Floral Head Garland, Zara Lace Dress, Primark Tee, Boohoo Rucksack, Topshop Boots, Boohoo Rucksack, H&M Sunnies

Sometimes an all black look can create so much drama and I love that! You can really go to town on accessories and textures and over layer to create a stunning look. The dress from Zara is one of my favourites and I love wearing it under and over things. For this look I wore it with a black cropped tee over it and PU long gilet from Boohoo which has become a staple piece in my wardrobe! I accessorised    heavily with a black floral garland, cross necklaces and my studded rucksack.

Hope you all are having a lovely weekend! x

Acid Grunge - Naomi

Mee Mee Fishnet Crop Top, EBay Vintage Two Piece, EBay Black Beanie, EBay Sunglasses, Urban Outfitters Belt, c/o Boohoo PU Leather Gilet, Topshop Buckle Boots, Primark Rucksack

I am a true EBay addict and nothing pleases me more than finding one of pieces that no one has and for amazing prices! This is no exception and when I stumbled across this Lycra two piece which yes is completely mental but also completely me! I love the mad 60s print and cool roll neck top! A guaranteed no one will have item and one that I'm sure I will get lots of wear out of!

For this look I wanted to incorporate my new fishnet top from Mee Mee, these are great for layering underneath and over things to create a grungy look and add texture. I wore it over the roll neck which made me feel a bit more covered up as I usually don't have this much skin on show! I love that the bright pattern shows through the fishnet and it looks great with the gilet over and fishnet sleeves showing! Since receiving this PU gilet from Boohoo for Kendal Calling festival I haven't took it off! If I advise you to purchase anything from this look the gilet is it. It goes with everything and toughens up any pretty dresses, it simply makes every outfit complete and something that does that every girl needs!!

I went for all black and chunky accessories which I look great with the Bright colours and print of the two piece and let's it speak for itself. The belt is simple and breaks up the skirt and top, the beanie added a grunge and cool element to the look. The boots, oh wow!!! When these came in Topshop last week I knew I had to have them! They are super sexy, über chunky and make me feel fantastic!! I love chunky boots with cut outs, buckles and almost gothic looking and am super excited to rock these over A/W! They would look great with tights and trousers! The sunnies are favourites of mine with the cut out diamond shape as seen on Queen Cara! I think they go fab with the Diamond shapes in the two piece and add a touch of fun to the look. Of course finished of with my trusty rusksack which has my life in it and seems to go with every outfit I own!

I hope you enjoy this fun look as much as I enjoyed shooting it!

Naomi's Week In Style

As the A/W product has started to come in thick and fast I just can't resist all the layers and textures! As you all know by now my style is dark and experimental and this week in style is no exception! Full of feathers, netting, studding and PVC this winter looks dark and gothic which is right up my street!

1. Topshop Gold Tee

This new tee by Topshop is gorgeous and has an almost baroque gold raised print over it. Topshop has some amazing fashion jersey pieces out recently including this one and they are great and cheap to update your wardrobe! How amazing would it look layered over the tulle jersey dress next to it?? Oooof!

2. Black Jersey Tulle Dress

How cute is this?! These scream at me as a must have for winter layering! Layer under dresses or with jumpers and leather for that hard and soft feel. Chunky black boots and fishnets will make this dress feel ultra grungy and so Topshop! It also comes in pale pink and grey and Is a must have for the transition period!

3. Topshop Feather Cape

Every year Topshop do a wonderful feather cape of some sort and I always want one! They look fantastic with knitwear and layered over leather jackets and create dramatic outfits- it's all about the drama!

4. Mee Mee White Net Jumper

I am a big fan of fishnet and anything netted so when I came across this top I fell in love! I love the sporty feel to it and think it will look great in and all white ensemble and premium look!

5. ASOS PVC Skirt

A PVC vinyl skirt is set to be every girls 'must have' item for AW13 so make sure you grab yours early! I have just brought one very similar from Topshop in pastel pink and can't wait to rock it with a fluffy cropped jumper next season! Red is set to take over In AW so why not say it loud with this ASOS red PVC skirt which is super sexual!

6. Topshop Boots

These are the boots of my dreams and one of those things when seeing them I just had to have them! I love the chunky heel and the heavy strapping and buckle detail! They look fantastic on and add a touch of grunge whilst still feeling premium.

7. Boohoo Studded Rucksack

Since buying my first rucksack when I moved to London it's became a necessity! Somewhere I can carry my life round with me and be prepared to work, the weather and life! This studded one from Boohoo is perfect for just that and I love the studding detail which makes it a bit more flash than my plain black one!

8. Topshop Floral Jersey Maxi Skirt

While the weather is still warm I always like to have lots of maxis and trousers as they are practical for work! I love the print of this and think it will look amazing with boots and fringing! It will also look great with a jumper for AW so a perfect addition to my wardrobe!

9. Mee Mee Fishnet Crop Top

Yes another fishnet top and yes another one from Mee Mee! If you haven't checked the website out then do! They have some wonderful pieces including these 2 tops I have featured in this post. Reasonable prices and great quality these 2 tops are perfect for layering and can't wait to blog with them!

Amy's Week In Style

There is only one kind of sweet treat I am craving this week and it's got nothing to do with my hormones! I know I was lusting after the liquorice allsorts 2 piece last week but the sugar rush has not stopped there - here's what I am enjoying this week

Topshop Notion Sandals
The perfect transitional sandal. Much clunkier than all the other sandals we've seen this summer and modern with that patent finish, these will go with every trend coming up in the next few months without forgetting it's only August

Topshop Dolly Mixture Cami and Runner Shorts
This is most definitely a lust! as my growing middle will not be flattered by silk running shorts next week but this 2 piece is just gorgeous. Wear with a big rimmed black hat, sunnies and black heeled cut out boots for a show stopping outfit, day and night. I might try and away with the cami!

Topshop Fluffy Jumper
Even if you aren't crazy about graphic prints, try getting your sweetie look with pastel tones. This staple jumper also comes in baby pink, baby blue and cream so take your pick! Fluff is going to be huge this AW for that ultimate feminine feel

Topshop Grey Split Maxi Skirt
Another all important staple for all year around, that again, will go with every trend. I'd use this skirt to make fun pieces more grown up and elegant but the grey mark jersey makes it the most versatile piece you buy this season

Cos Grid Dress
Another week, another cos dress. They always get the perfect mixture of simple and statement and this burn out grid design with cute collar is no exception.

Topshop Jazzie Jumper
Oh this was made for me. Mint green, Jazzies, statement jumper - my 3 favourites all in one. How did you know Topshop? I could kiss you for this! (That probably IS the hormones)

Since buying my holographic clutch from Zara a few weeks back I have become obsessed with everything holographic! Like the magpie I am I get drawn into shiny and unusual fabrics and
accessories, so I thought what better way to show them off than by doing a post dedicated to 'holographic'

The t-shirt is by Design By Numbers and is unisex. I love the unusual prints on them and love the fact they are unisex and that I can share it with my boyfriend. I imagined it with something metallic and think it looks wonderful with my Choies holographic skirt which I am in love with! The fit is really flattering with the front split and love the holographic pockets on the back, It's great with a premium look and so easy to throw on with a jersey tee and boots and make a statement! buy me here!

To make the look really premium and slick I added a white shirt underneath and a big statement necklace from Topshop which is my new favourite! I maybe went a bit holographic mad adding my holographic clutch but thinks it looks really great with the outfit and matching! Finally finished of with my Topshop Reflect sandal that have a cool silver heel and always work with clean looks.

I love this outfit and felt super confident, I am thinking this would be great for LFW with an oversized white long blazer! What do you guys think of this look?

Black Roses - Naomi

Dahlia Dress c/o www.lmflmf.co.uk buy here, c/o Boohoo Black Fringe Kimono, c/o Boohoo Black Floral Headband, New Look Lace Top, Cross Necklace c/o Millie n Mae buy here, Urban Outfitters Cross Belt, c/o Boohoo Studded Transparent Clutch, H&M Sunnies

First of all- sorry to everyone for the lack of posts this week! I have been on nightshifts all week and it makes it impossible to shoot with sleeping all day...

But finally I have got round to shooting this wonderful dress by new website 'Love My Figure, Love My Fashion' or LMFLMF for short! The dress is by Dahlia and fits like a dream! This new website is fantastic as it sorts different dress types to your body shape, so I could click straight to pear shape and see what is good for my shape! This dress is so comfortable and a flattering fit and I can't wait to wear it on a night out as I felt super confident in it.

I like to grunge things up and I am in love with the witchy, black and lace influences for A/W. I decided to go with this look with the dress and layered a black lace high neck top underneath to create a gothic feel and almost make the dress into a pinafore. I layered over it a Boohoo sheer fringe kimono which is a really nice shape and perfect for a look like this! I accessorised heavily with cross necklace from cute website Millie n Mae and my favourite cross Urban Outfitters Belt! Check out the killer clutch which I picked up from the Boohoo VIP bus last weekend at Kendal Calling and couldn't wait to shoot it!

I love playing around with layering so have a look at dresses in your wardrobe and see how you can layer them up to create new and fresh outfits and keep your style current.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this look!
