With just a month to go, we are on the brink of party season and the question on everyone's mind is 'what am I gunna wear?!'. Year after year the 'stress of the dress' is worse than the hangover the following morning but if there is one high street band that have always got your back(-less), it's Toppers.

When it comes to my ultimate party dress, it's got to glitter! and this slinky little number has got all my favourites, a high neck, a bold print and the biggest confidence boost a mama needs! Despite the curve hugging material, it's flattering and comfortable - not often you can say that!

Capes make the perfect party-wear as it means you don't have to completely cover up but can remain cosy! and I tied the look together with black accessories to let the dress get the attention it deserves - the faux fur collar, snaffle buckles and tortoiseshell heels give the whole look a TSOP-signature vintage feel which compliments the modern metallics of the dress to create my ideal 'night-out outfit'

Best Of January Sales - Amy

I hope you have all had an amazing few days - and if you have braved the shops then I really take my hat off to you! Deep in my food induced coma, I have been scouring the internet for my favourite pieces and for the first time in a longgg time I've actually been impressed with what's on offer. Here are the links to my favourites:

As Naomi rightly said, it's so easy to get sucked into the impulse buying especially if you have been lucky enough to recieve Christmas vouchers so my first point of call when looking for sale items is what's already in my saved lists on Topshop and Asos! Either way, let us know what you find :)

Christmas Homeware - Amy

Is there anything better than re-inventing your home for Christmas? I love all the little additions that pop in December, and I don't even mind if they're not traditionally festive! Here are some of my favourites from this year, and if you want to see a few more, please see my Yahoo post here :)

Ikea Bed Linen
Just incase I didn't have enough stripes in my life, I now sleep in them two! I love this double sided duvet cover and I cannot wait to wake up in this on Christmas morning

Feltball Stocking
I have become OBSESSED with feltballs recently - they are such a cute alternative to the traditional decorations. As well as a little garland, and full on wreath of these beauties, I also love this 'grown-ups' stocking

Ikea LED Wreath
This minimalistic LED wreath is a fresh change from the usually busy Christmas decor

Ugg Slippers
I cannot believe I have Uggs on a wishlist but these look so damn comfy!!

Paperchase Wooden Christmas Tree
Get into the true Scandi spirit with a wooden tree this year, and what's better, no pine needles!

Paperchase Glitter Baubles
Another modern twist on a classic decoration - there's no such thing as too much glitter!

Cath Kidston Organiser
Oh I love a good list and with so much to do around Christmas time this little baby is a life saver!

Paperchase JOY Decoration
There's always room for typography, even at Christmas and they just so happen to match those sheets

Marks and Spencer Stag Tea Light Holder
I fell in love with this the moment I saw it! What an incredible centre piece :)

Tinsel Town - Amy

H&M Grey Coat, Topshop Holly Jumper, H&M Stripe Shirt, Debenhams Faux Leather Skirt, Vintage Tartan Scarf, 'Fritha' Boots c/o Public Desire

Is it me, or is the build up to Christmas always more exciting than the day itself? My absolute favourite festive activity is to mooch around Christmas markets with friends, indulging in mulled wine and endless food most importantly wearing a good Christmas Jumper!

This was the chosen jumper (out of my vasttt collection, eek) for doing our first weekend of Christmas markets at Waddesdon Manor. I love the minimalist approach of this cream knit, with just a hint of sparkle with the gem berries. I chose to continue the festive theme and layered it with a 'candy cane' shirt and festive tartan but kept it wearable by finishing off with blacks and greys.

The 12th December was National Christmas Jumper Day and this always signals the real start of my obsessive knitwear wearing in the run up to the big day! Light-hearted and snuggly, what is not to love about them? How are you wearing your Christmas Jumper this year around? Check out some more of our ideas here at our latest Yahoo #GOTG post :)

Even at Christmas, you can't beat all black everything. There's something so classy and, more importantly, easy with black that can solve any wardrobe dilemma, whatever time of year. But tis' the season for all things sparkly and even the blackest of outfits needs a pop of colour thrown in, even better when its red, green and embellished - How fabulously festive!

I seem to have developed a small obsession for anything with a ring-pull zip recently and I am extra in love with this ribbed dress from Motel. For those who aren't quite brave enough to wear it with tights, layering it over leather trousers or leggings is a great contrast of textures and arguably even more sexy. Teamed with a tailored jacket, this look is spot on for quiet cocktails or dinner with close friends and family.

Which of our accessories has been your  favourite? I hope it's been getting you into the party mood - don't forget to show us how you're styling up your partywear!

When it comes to a style challenge, it's sometimes nice to have an actual, well, challenge, and the tiara was certainly a little out of my comfort zone! This to me, is the perfect emergency accessory for those spontaneous, after-work drinks that always pop up around the festive period! Slip one into your desk drawer to add a little glitz to the simplest of wintery day wear when you clock off, or brighten up the office and wear it all day if you're in need of a little christmas cheer!

In December, it's all about the jumpers for me and this lurex topshop thin knit is the ultimate in understated sparkle. Worn with a crisp collar and jeans, this is the cosy work wear we're all in need of and finished off with a big fluffy coat for the commute, this is how to do winter warmers!

Woohoo! It's officially party season, possibly the best part about christmas, behind the food. But every year comes the same old dilemma of what to wear to all these do's! By the time we've got through work, family and friends, new outfits can become expensive business so we were asked by Asos Fashion Finder to show you wonderful lot how to spruce up some old outfits using new season accessories. We adore working with Stacey and the AsosFF team so naturally jumped at the challenge!

First off is the faux fur, a personal favourite and hero accessory of mine this Autumn/Winter. Fanasty Fur has been all over the high street recently and rightly so! Who doesn't love coloured fluff? This red patchwork collar from Asos has that perfect touch of that festive feel we're all after and will keep you warm on those freezing evenings.

Speaking of cold, I have taken layering up to a whole new level with this double dress combo, the perfect way to still look and feel sexy without catching pneumonia in the process (I am SUCH a mum!) Contrasting fabrics like this faux leather and crackled rose gold is the most effective way to do this and adds that sparkly luxe vibe so you are ready to par-tay. Throwing the scarf over over your party dress(es) adds glamour to your glitz.
