Day 3 of London fashion week and we finally saw some sun! It felt like Spring is on the horizon and everyone was outside enjoying the winter rays! I thought I would bring some florals to Somerset House and I was so pleased with my outfit choice! I was lucky enough to get snapped by Vogue, Elle and Marie Claire.... I feel like my life is complete!!

I went for Beyond Retro vintage dress, jacket and clutch. I love how the colours all compliment eachother yet it's slightly mis-matchy. I wanted to add some volume to the outfit so wore my Choies full skirt which I absolutely adore the shape and clinched it in with a black Waistbelt. I wore my new favourite shoes from Boohoo which felt looked great with the skirt and of course a pair of sunnies which were needed for the bright sun! The last photo is from LFW Daily paper which I was lucky enough to be featured in - I am over the moon about it!

I hope you have enjoyed my LFW outfits, I certainly enjoyed this season and soaked up the wonderful London atmosphere and style!

Day 2 at London Fashion Week was a little bit brighter than day 1 although it was on and off rain. Unfortunately Amy couldn't come so I was one shoe, half a pair for the day as I braved the cold and wet again in the name of fashion!

We were lucky enough to have tickets for John Rocha and Holly Fulton which was absolutely amazing! I was accompanied by mega babe and very talented photographer Charlotte Summers. It was my first time at a show at London Fashion week so It was very overwhelming and inspirational. John Rocha was simply stunning and it was a a great experience!

I was lucky enough to be dressed by Deevesali PR as it's always difficult finding pieces that stand out from the crowd. I picked out amazing pieces like the matching kimono and skirt from Daisy Darche and amazing bag from Sunita Mukhi which I felt looked amazing together! I was really pleased with my outfit choice and it was really nice to borrow these amazing pieces!

The style was on another level the last few days and I always feel everyone really steps up there game for LFW it's always so eclectic and diverse which is the great thing about our city!

LFW AW14 - Day 1

We braved the wet, cold and windy weather yesterday at Somerset House but sadly the key (and most necessary) accessory was the umbrella. However, we had the most gorgeous breakfast with New Look at the Savoy to kick start the day and met some beautiful bloggers :)

Everyone has gone monochrome mad recently and it's such a nice way to transition into spring in a clean statement way. With London fashion week this weekend, monochrome is a look that's on trend and allows you to be experimental with prints and not be to loud.

Miss Guided have some amazing pieces at the moment and I couldn't resist the black PU sleeve top from the Peace & Love Range. I love the high cut on one side and thought the black tailored trousers with white stripe looked great underneath it. It's a slick look with subtle white details.
I accessorised the look with my Moxham leather necklace which is perfect for a statement and my new Smashglam black bag.

If you are stuck what to wear in the transition into spring then be a Miss Monochrome for a clean on trend look!

I seem to be wearing monochrome outfits all the time at the moment, but the lack of colour certainly doesn't mean boring! Just a great excuse to pattern clash :)

Two of the hottest patterns right now are houndstooth and gingham. With both being quite similarly square-ish and monochrome, I made sure there was a little bit more of a contrast between the two so went for a strong, bold and white houndstooth piece and a more subtle and daintier gingham but also broke up the two with a black roll neck top. I finished with all black accessories so the emphasis was all on the two main pieces :)

We love a style challenge over here at TSOP so when we were asked by Voucher Codes to find 3 pastel items between us within an £80 budget to update our wardrobes ready for Spring/Summer 14, we jumped at the chance! Pastels have stuck around all through winter and now through to SS14 with the pink coat being every girls style essential for AW13!

Pastels are definitely the option to take to take a fresh approach into spring whilst still being wrapped up! Opt for fluffy knit jumpers in pastel colours like pink or blue and invest in a pastel coat to be on trend and warm. I'm still a sucker for tonal pastel dressing as I think it looks so slick and it's really easy to wear. I also like to mix pastels with holographic accessories to give them that modern edge.

Excuse my lack of make up and messy hair - I have been full of cold all weekend and feel terrible!
