Club Tropicana - Amy

Lazy Oaf Fruit Tee, Topshop Scallop Peter Pan Collar Polka Dot Dress, Topshop Sunglasses, Topshop Belt, Vintage Bag via Notting Hill Market, Topshop Pop Socks, Topshop Anchor Boots

There's nothing wrong with taking a little inspiration for your wardrobe from the things around you and one of my favourite things about summer is pigging out on fresh fruit!

This cropped, oversized  tee from Lazy Oaf is bursting with colour and fun, perfect for any hot summers day. I couldn't resist layering over a cute polka dot summers dress to brighten it up a bit but stuck with traditional Amy black leather accessories.

These pop socks are a god send in the summer as they re thin enough to use as a fashion statement with cut out boots in the heat without your feet getting too hot and gross. I chose to pull the yellow out of the tee to keep the outfit extra summery!

Amy's Week In Style

Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue - definitely no marriage on the cards anywhere but I feel the phrase sums up what I am loving this week - enjoy!

1. Topshop Textured Slouch Biker Jacket - Spring may have well started (officially) but there is no way I can see past all this snow and cold weather we've been having. Maybe I can kick start some warmer weather with a bit of Sod's Law by purchasing this gorgeous coat, even if it is March.

2. Topman Denim Rainow Stitch Shirt - to me, having atleast one denim shirt in your wardrobe is compulsory, but there is no harm in a small collection either. I love the little twist of the rainbow buttons on this one from Topman, brightening up a staple with such a simple idea! I might even attempt a bit of DIY - watch this space.

3. Altamont Apparel Electric Wizzard - if modelling guys clothes with total babes isn't enough to make you want to buy this top, knowing the item is called Electric Wizzard certainly will. Altamont is an American skateboarding brand so I have never taken a lot of notice but this has really caught my attention - the perfect Spring/Summer top that can be dressed up with black skinnies and a clutch in the city or thrown over a bikini and shorts whilst on holiday.

4. Tee and Cake Shark Dress - I feel like this is maybe something I shouldn't like, but can't help but love. Animal motifs are huge at the moment and you are probably gathering pretty quickly that I can't resist a good print on a bodycon dress. I'd wear this with a white collar underneath and black boots

5. David Bowie Is, V and A Museum - IT'S HERE! The long and eagerly awaited exhibition finally opened at the V and A musem yesterday. Bowie is one of my biggest life influences and there is no denying the impact he has had on music, fashion and just pop culture in general. I'm lucky enough to work just 5 minutes away from the V and A so will be down there this week with bells on

6. Topshop Varsity Jacket - I like the calmer colours to this rather than the mad combo of purple and yellow on my H&M varisty from School Daze, and it has an A on it - right for me,

7. Topshop Clean Clip Backpack - I have not gotten over the backpack trend yet (mainly because I carry what feels like my life around with me everyday) but I feel for summer I need something cleaner and more premium yet still just as practical

8. Topshop Neppy Biker Waistcoat - This is probably shockingly smart for me but something about it  has meant it has made it's way to the top of my Payday wishlist (can't cope with 5 week months). It being sleeveless makes it perfect to carry straight through to summer when it finally gets here and it seems to have that edge to it that means it doesn't look overly dressy.

9. Lazy Oaf x Kickers - if anyone knows how to do a collab it's Lazy Oaf. With previous shoe collaborations with Underground Creepers and Jeffrey Campbell, they have recently paired up with Kickers and created 5 bloody amazing pairs of shoes. Definitely can't choose between these rainbow flatforms or the cute glittery pair! Check out all 5 designs over at lazyoaf.co.uk

Amy's Week In Style

If there is anything you must know about me, it's that has much as I buy and as hard as I try to exercise self control, my wishlists never ever ever get any shorter! Here are all the things I am lusting after this week :)

1. Topshop Awesome Jumper
I have been dying to get my hands on this ever since it first appeared in the new season imagery back in January and now it's getting to the stage where it's one of the only things from the campaign that hasn't hit down yet and I'm getting so impatient. Heads up the next couple of weeks as it's coming (very soon!) and will fly out of shores.

2. Topshop Petite Brettan Stripe Tee
A modern classic with a young edge - this is never going to go out of fashion but when worn rightdoesn't  need to look yummy mummy-ish. Bargain at just £15 and watch this space for an outfit post from last friday night

3. Barry M Gelly Nail Paints
I can't remember the last time I bought a nail polish that wasn't Barry M so it didn't take me long to try out the new Gelly range. The claim to be high shine, one coaters - you definitely need atleast two coats but they look so good, and no top coat needed! Usually £1 more expensive than the normal Barry M nail paints, I think they're worth it but get down to Superdrug where they are currently 2 for £6 in a variety of gorgeous colours.

4. Topshop Cream Lace 60's Shift Dress
I am off to wedding in mid April and after fannying around with what I want to wear, I have settled on this gorgeous number. What is wedding proticol if the bride isnt wearing white? I will wear it with a pastel pink, mint of lemon sheer blouse underneath and bright jewellery.

5. Topshop 86 Tee
Another item from the imagery that has come back instock after flying out first time around. I am 5'7 and this is definitely dress and not oversized tee length and I bought a S/M.

6. Topshop Lace Embellished Neckline Blouse
Very different for me (2 bits of lace in one week!) but I couldn't resist this beautiful, vintage looking piece. Another classic piece without looking too plain

7. Topshop Mickey Tee
I'm not going to lie, I love a good disney motif and after being so good at not buying the black version that came out a month or so ago I couldn't resist this one! I am loving the shape of this roll sleeve crop tee which comes in various plain colours and an even bigger amont of slogans. I can;t wait til summer to wear them without anything underneath

8. Topshop Swallow Sunglasses
Incase it's ever sunny in England, I have my eyes on these.

9. Topshop Aubrey Boots
I love a good cut out boot and however much I realise many of Topshop's versions look very similar to JC's, I can't help but prefer the design of Topshop's, let alone the price tag. These are just £75 but look so similar to my Anchor boots, I'm trying to restrain myself

10. Lazy Oaf Mr and Mrs Dress
I loveeeee Lazy Oaf at the best of times - they are one of the few brands other than Topshop that I will continuously buy from but their latest collection is possibly their best yet. After seeing the campaign, I was desperate to see the pieces for real and so headed down to their new shop launch party last week which was so fun! As I said, I can't resist a disney slogan so this dress stood out to me as my fave instantly, but the whole collection could have come on this wishlist!

Lichtenstein - Naomi

Nasty Gal Studded Cut Out Bralet, Topshop Green Boucle Jacket, Topshop Comic Print Skirt, Primark Black Rucksack, Topshop Grey Jersey Sweater

Comic book and Roy Lichtenstein's artwork have been massive so far this year with designers like Jeremy Scott and stores like Lazy Oaf and Topshop using the prints on everything from crop tops, skirts, bags and socks. A chance for you to explore your inner child and make a statement!

Batman, Mickey Mouse, Bart Simpson and all your favourite characters can be seen taking over the high street! The Bart Simpson matching jumper and skirt by Lazy Oaf was recently seen on Cara Delevingne and has influenced fashion enthusiasts all over the world (see below). Young supermodel Cara has made comic book chic cool again with her young playful style. Bloggers have also heavily brought into this look with the Lazy Oaf batman shirt seen on thousands of blogs around the world.

Invest in your inner comic book geek @ www.lazyoaf.com

I invested in the cartoon print tube skirt from Topshop which I absolutely love. Previously I have played it up by teaming it with a black polka dot crop but I also like to make it more grown up and for the look above I teamed it with a studded leather cut out bralet from Nasty Gal which is uber sexual, a neon boucle jacket for the smartness and my jumper tied round my waist so I can throw it on when out and about in the city. Accessorised with black rucksack and studded creepers. Go mental with this trend and most of all have fun (we are only young once!) Although if the prints really do scare you off (there not for the faint hearted fashionista) - then try little touches like nail art or investing in a accessory like the clutch bag below, express the trend in your own style!
